These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of StudioFlowy (“Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

StudioFlowy is provided by Vitalii Bahmet, PE.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a subscription basis (monthly/annual).
• Taxes may apply depending on your location.
• You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once the period starts.
• Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card details.

4. Acceptable Use

• No illegal activity, harassment, or infringing content.
• No unauthorized access, scanning, or disruption of the Service.
• No reselling or sublicensing without our permission.

5. Content & IP

You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a license to host, process, and display it solely to operate the Service. The Service, software, and brand are our intellectual property.

6. Studio/Parent/Child Data

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of data you enter (including data about minors). You must obtain and manage required consents (e.g., from parents/guardians) under applicable laws.

7. Third-Party Services

We may integrate with third parties (e.g., Stripe, email). Their terms and privacy policies apply to their parts of the Service.

8. Availability & Support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance or provider outages may occur.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business arising from or related to your use of the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your content or misuse of the Service.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service or other users.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania (EU) without regard to conflict of laws. Courts in Romania shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post changes here and update the “Last updated” date.
